About us
Popstock is a software development company that aims to provide the underprivileged youths of America with a fun and engaging educational learning experience.
Our free-to-use software combines today's popular pop culture icons with a stock market simulation tool to create a system that makes learning a very complex topic more accessible.
We plan to offer this software to schools across America for use in their classrooms as well as in alternative learning programs. We intend on seeking federal grant funding and charity fund raising to complete the development of our software system as well as getting it deployed to schools first in the New York area and then scale up to a national level.

By combining something universally known and understood like music with an easy-to-use interface, Popstock is a powerful yet easy-to-use platform.
Users will learn everything from simple buying and selling, put, limit, and option trading.
Users will have 20+ sort learning videos to help them understand the various aspects of the trading world while earning extra in app Popstock Dollars to continue their investment journey.
Educators can monitor their students trades and the market in real time. Allowing them to provide feedback when its most impactful.

Popstock offers a suite of tools to help educators teach students a complex topic in an engaging way.
Educators can easily monitor all of their students, as well as trades, market trends and curriculum consumption in real time.
Teachers have access to a library of fun, animated, short-form music-correlated lessons on a variety of stock market topics.
Teachers can lead their students in class v. class, school v. school, district v. district and regional competitions for prizes.

Popstock is free for all students. Schools will have to pay a small monthly maintenance and support fee for unlimited users to keep the lights on and servers running.
Are there any ads or marketing in Popstock?
No, there are zero ads nor any forms of marketing in Popstock nor will there ever be.
Is there a demo for Popstock?
Popstock is currently under development BUT we want to get as much feedback from educators during this process as possible. If you are interested in demo access when it becomes available please email us at info@popstock.io to be added to the list.
Can Popstock use an artist's name?
Yes, PopStock Educational Services is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit. We offer a free educational tool that uses popular artists from public sources like Billboard charts to make learning about the stock market fun. This approach falls under Fair Use copyright laws.
